Marie Wilson of Wellbeing in Flow is a therapist with an intention to support others to become much more. Her foundation sits in nutrition and so her approach has an emphasis on nourishing yourself in a way that feels right to the individual.
Her experience has also led her to support others in strengthening their mindset. She is passionate about helping others recognise ways that they can help themselves not just with nutrition but with life, so she is with a desire to share that passion and inspire others to be aware of their own power to change their life.
The menopause is just one of her areas of interest because she believes that women are suffering more than is necessary. This is because there is a lack of awareness of all the ways in which to explore and support this life stage. To explore it is to begin to understand it and would lead to women not dreading the experience
